Choose Standard if you mostly store data, such as backups and archives. Choose Unmetered if you serve files often, such as media or downloads. Unmetered costs less when your monthly egress is more than 5 TB for each TB you store.
You pay per TB of storage each month: $6.00 on Standard or $8.00 on Unmetered. Standard includes free egress up to 3× your storage quota. Above that, egress costs $1.00 per TB.
Bandwidth above your free egress is pay-as-you-go. We calculate it every hour, so you pay only for what you use.
The base price is billed per TB for the term you choose: monthly or yearly. It applies as long as the bucket is active.
Ingress (uploads), internal traffic and S3 API calls such as PUT, GET and DELETE are free on both plans. On Standard, egress up to 3× your storage quota is also free.
No. Unused quota expires at the end of each month.
On Standard, egress above 3× your storage quota costs $1.00 per TB. Billing uses 4-decimal accuracy.
